Habitual Diet Challenge
The Habitual Fitness Diet Challenge has been created to support those who need a helping hand in finding a new healthy path that works for their them to reach personal goals. Learn to live with a healthy eating regime rather than another fad diet craze and learn new exercises to do by yourself or with a group.
This course includes:
8 Intensive weeks
Weigh in before and after
1 hour of fitness every Saturday at 11am at Chorlton Water park
All fitness pilates and running classes
Support on diet by receiving healthy recipes, snack options and tips
Motivation from your friendly and caring coach
Fitness challenge at the end of the 8 weeks.
Cost: £80.00
Start dates: First Weigh in on Friday 27th Januaury at 7pm. First Saturday fitness 28th January at 11am.
