Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage is a structured massage therapy specifically tailored for pre-natal women. Pregnancy massage is not recommended in the first trimester and women with health conditions may need to cunsult their doctor before recieving any treatment.
Pregnancy massage helps reduce stress, decrease swelling in arms and legs and relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints. It can provide not only physical benefits but emotional support which can reduce anxiety and depression.
The mother's body is in a comfortable position supported by pillows which ensures safety for the mother and baby.
Full body massage lasts one hour. Costs £36.00
