"I joined Habitual Fitness in May 2010. For the last 9 months I have increased my fitness level to a point that I thought wasn't possible. I do the running and Pilates classes with Kirsty. I find the classes to be intimate with a firm but very enjoyable atmosphere, where pain is combined with laughter. "I started going to Kirsty for sports massages after years of problems with my shoulder and neck. After injuring my neck again recently, my physio recommended that I try sports massage to ease the tension and pain in my neck and shoulders. After my first session with Kirsty I was convinced. My mobility improved and the pain and stiffness eased off and was practically gone within a few sessions. I can't say how much of a relief it was and I continued to go to Kirsty for massages after my injury improved.
