This month I am going to encourage you to schedule in your Pilates sessions in the aim to fit more in and have a consistency with your exercise. For me, literally adding my workouts in my diary helps me stick to them so why not try adding your plan into your diary or planner. The aim is to do at least 3 Pilates sessions a week in the month of May. I won't tell you when to do them or even which sessions to do as you can "have fun" scheduling the ones that suit around your lifestyle into your diary or planner. I have given an example schedule to give you some inspiration.
