Breathe in the fresh air and feel the breeze as you do a session in the garden or in a park. Bare feet touching the grass or stone can be so grounding which can help you feel peaceful and more alive! I challenge you to do as many outdoor Pilates sessions as you can throughout August. I mean we may as well make the most of our lovely weather (hmmm well the little windows of sun!)
