Put your core into it. Build muscles strength to create long lean muscles. Doing regular Pilates helps to reduce back pain, correct posture, gain flexibility and strengthen and tone the full body.

Hot Pilates Weekend

On selected dates. Check the booking page for future dates

Sweat away the week with this detoxing weekend. Hot classes are preformed in a heated room of around 30 degrees. The Far infrared radiant heaters heats you rather than the air which have many health benefits like helping blood circulation, movability in joints and fat loss. 2 classes over the weekend include Saturday 10.30-11.30am followed by a juice and a catch up and Sunday 10-11.30am followed by half an hour myofascial release. The cost is £24.

We offer Fitness Pilates classes at your office at lunch times, after work or when ever suits. Doing Fitness Pilates at your office can be very beneficial to help improve energy levels, back problems and core strength. Stretching and moving while sitting all day is so important for your health. We also offer onsite chair massages releasing tension around the back, neck and shoulders. Having regular massages prevents regular recurring back problems.

Tailor make your massage to suit your issues

Not just a luxury. There are many benefits to massage from relaxing to injury prevention while training. Having a good massage will relieve muscle soreness and fight off tensions around the body. Many people suffer with aches when they could be walking pain free from a series of massages.
