20 minutes of strength a day.. every day for the full month! This challenge is designed to help you feel stronger, more supported and more confident in your body, without long workouts. Each day you’ll complete a focused 20-minute strength session that targets key muscle groups, builds stability and improves overall strength through mindful, intentional movement. Short on time but big on results, this challenge is about consistency, quality and showing up for yourself. Your aim is to do a 20 minute strength Pilates session every day in February. You must join the Core membership to access the monthly challenges (first 7 days free to new core members).
