Dynamic, mat-based Pilates classes designed to build strength, tone and control.
Our Pilates classes moves at a slightly faster pace than traditional Pilates, creating flow and momentum while still staying true to the core principles of alignment, breath and precision. There’s no high impact and no cardio-style exercises, just focused movement that works the muscles deeply and effectively.
We move through targeted sequences with a strong emphasis on core strength, stability and posture. Muscles are challenged and fatigued, then lengthened and stretched, helping to create strength without tightness.
Because the movements are controlled and intentional, the class remains mindful. You’ll leave feeling worked, stronger and more energised but also balanced and relaxed.
Our Hot Pilates classes are in a heated studio, at about 30°C. We use Far infrared heaters that heat people and objects directly, rather than heating the air in a room. Unlike conventional heaters that blow hot air around, FIR heaters work similarly to the natural warmth of the sun, creating a "360-degree" heating effect that is highly efficient, silent and clean.
I offer this Hot Pilates class online, of course, at home you will be working in normal temperatures but this doesn't affect the core benefits of the class.
