Kick start 2026 with this 7 day challenge. If one of your goals is to improve your health this year then a good place to start is with a 7 day challenge. To kick start the 7 days you get a a strength sequence which is a series of exercises which I repeat 3 times, then the next day is a mini Core session which focuses fully on strengthening your core muscles. We continue alternating days with a strength sequence and core session until the 7 days have been completed. This challenge is a really good way to start new habits. Access with the Core Membership.
