This challenge will leave you feeling strong and motivated to do more. 20 minutes of Pilates strength exercises every day for 7 days will give you a noticeable result. You can choose when you do the session each day, I like to do mine in the morning or tag it to the end of my runs so think about when best suits you and literally put them in your diary so you have no excuses! Let's warm up and feel strong this autumn!
