It is too easy to make excuses not to exercise.. far too easy. So this month I am making the decision to roll out your mat and get moving as pain free as possible, well until you start actually exercising!  The idea is that you work through the body by doing a small Pilates session a day for a week. 7 days of exercise but in a very manageable way. You can select your week this month, all I ask is that you commit to every day, do the sessions in order and enjoy!
