Living for the weekends? Well, why not make one of your June weekends a bit more wholesome. Choose a weekend that you can fit a session in on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday so you can complete the Spring Pilates Weekend. Of course you can choose any day of the week but do them in 3 consecutive days. Ps. The Sunday session is 1 hour 30 mins as you have the myofascial release session with this which you will need 2 tennis balls for.
