Planking Strength

About

The aim is to comfortably do a 2 minute plank by the end of the month! You have a 2 minute plank video to aim for and a few extra dynamic plank sessions that will help build that strength and mobility. You can do these videos as often as you like. This plank strength month will help with other types of exercise like running and gym sessions so all round good to work on.
