This month your challenge is to fit 4 strength sequences in every week in September.  These mini workouts are a great way to boost energy and give you a push to move more. Each session works through the body and easily fit into a busy week.  These strength sequences are done during each Hot Pilates class so if you haven't tried a Hot class yet I have selected one for you in this months video pick.
