Hold a Plank


The challenge is to increase your time that you can hold a low plank position. I know some of you will be able to completely nail a 1 minute plank already so why not try a 2 minute plank, a 3 minute plank... or even more! I want you to think about your technique first, make sure you breath, listen to your body and if you feel in control then keep strong and carry on! Get your stop watch out (there is one on your phone) and a wee note pad to record your plank time each day. Do this as often as you can, daily if possible and see how you get on. I would love to hear results, see if you can beat anyone else on this!
