This month your challenge is to choose a weekend that you feel wholesome and in need of some time for you and complete the 'Hot' Pilates weekend. These recordings were done live during our Spring Hot Pilates weekend a few years ago. It gives you such a good feeling doing a few sessions with purpose. What to do.. Choose a weekend that feels right to complete this then do Friday night 45 min session, Saturday morning 1 hour session then Sunday morning session which is 1.5 hours as it includes a myofascial release, so get 2 tennis balls ready for the Sunday session. Â Â Your going to feel fab on Sunday after completing these!
