This month your challenge is to reduce the chaos of this thing called life.  I have selected some videos that will all help you take some time out for yourself, while reducing tension around the body. This will help the mind become calmer and hopefully allow you to switch off and feel better mentally and physically. These videos vary in length but are all quite short so they are manageable to fit into busy schedules. It is a perfect way ti wind down after work or to relieve tension throughout the work day. ​
