I selfishly created this course, for my own self discovery. Over the last few years I have been introduced to several books, podcasts and influencers who have got me thinking outside of my usual thoughts, actually to some degree I don't think I used to recognise my thoughts, I never analysed my feelings or thought much about my actions at all. Some may say that I discovered mindfulness but for me, it was a confusing, an unnerving sense of self discovery that made me realise, very simply, that my accomplishments, my habits and my world as it was, were based on my decisions, my reactions and my feelings. This might sound very obvious but I realised that it is completely up to me how I choose to plod through life, no matter what is thrown my way. This course is made up of teachings from professionals backed with scientific research, inspiring quotes I have heard, coaching questions and life moments I have experienced. The course is a roadmap created by all the things that have changed my life for the better, I wanted to put these things together to help simplify your journey to living a happier and more balanced life, however, everyone is unique so the choice of route is all yours.
