Back and Neck Tension Clinic
Let's combat physical stresses and tensions we put on our body from simply working and doing day to day activities.
Living with pain or general tension not only has a profound impact on our health but affects our performance and success at work. Often physical discomfort can take over our ability to focus, affecting emotional and mental health.
However, developing regular habits and learning new techniques that will improve these physical discomforts can give you the tools to massively reduce, if not eliminate pain, and can improve resilience, emotional regulation and ability to focus.
This clinic aims to reduce physical pain through a course of 4 massages and will give you the knowledge on how to release these tension points at home with online guided stretches, Pilates strength exercises and myofascial release (self massage using tennis balls). You can go on to doing these techniques long after the clinic is over to keep on top of these general physical tensions.
The clinic will run 20th April till 18th May.

You will need to commit to 4 weeks in a row to book your massages. This will give you great results and you will feel reel physical improvements. I have kept the massages to half an hour so you can fit it around busy schedules. We will be targeting your back and neck but each massage will be tailored to you and your tension points.
Massage's must be booked in advance and be used within the 4 week course

Massage slots are only available on the following days and times:

Monday's: 10am-2.30pm
Wednesday's: 10.30am-2.30pm
Thursday's: 10.30am-5pm

24 hour cancelation required for booked massages

You will also gain 2 months of Core Membership with guidance on what videos and exercises will suit you best.

I will also be keeping an eye on your progress and how you are feeling through the 4 week course.
