1:1 Habit Coaching

If you’re someone who knows what you should be doing for your health but struggles to stay consistent, 1:1 habit coaching gives you the structure and support to finally make it stick.

These sessions are designed to help you move away from all-or-nothing thinking and build realistic habits that work within your life, not against it. Together, we look at where you are now, what feels overwhelming, and what small, meaningful changes would genuinely make a difference to your energy, stress levels and overall wellbeing.

This isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about simplifying. Creating rhythm. Building awareness around stress, movement, rest and everyday choices and shaping them into something sustainable.

All consultations and sessions are held face to face online, making them easy to fit around work and family life. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can talk through what you’re looking for, explore whether coaching feels like the right fit, and outline a simple starting point.

Small shifts, done consistently, create real change. My role is to help you put those shifts into place with clarity and confidence.
