Health can feel overwhelming. There’s constant noise around what you should be doing, the perfect morning routine, the latest diet, the workout everyone swears by, the habits that promise quick results.
It’s easy to feel confused, stuck or like you’re constantly falling behind.
After 20 years in the wellbeing industry, and many of those years working as a personal trainer, I noticed the same conversations coming up again and again. Struggling to keep healthy habits consistent, unsure what to prioritise and feeling overwhelmed by where to begin.
I’ve experienced that myself too. As a mum of two, running a business, navigating health challenges and doing it all without nearby family support, I know how difficult it can feel to prioritise your own wellbeing when life already feels full.
Over the years, I went searching for answers. I read the books, learned from experts and explored tools that helped me understand what truly mattered. Slowly, I created habits and routines that worked for my real life, while still showing up for my family and business.
That journey shaped the coaching I offer today. I got my life coaching qualification to help me write my I Am Habitually Healthy course, this course displays all the work from many experts and experiences that helped me, and now this course has helps so many others.
I won’t hand you a rigid plan or tell you how your life should look. Instead, we follow my clear, tried and tested approach that helps you cut through the noise, focus on what really matters to you, and build healthy habits that fit your lifestyle, personality and current season of life.
