RESTORE .

What is a Sauna Ritual?

A Sauna Aufguss is a traditional European, guided sauna ritual where a "Sauna Master" pours water or ice infused with essential oils onto hot stones, then uses towels or a fan to circulate the scented, humid air.

At its heart, the ritual involves using pure essential oils, heat and steam in a sauna, it increases heat intensity, providing a multi-sensory, social and therapeutic experience.

Alongside heat and scent, each ritual is shaped around a mindful theme, whether that’s grounding, clarity, balance or simple release and encourages you to breathe, be present and let go of tension. The result is a multi-sensory experience that supports relaxation, nervous system calm and a restored sense of balance.

Even if you’ve never been to a sauna before, these rituals are approachable: there’s no performance and no pressure. It’s simply about being in the moment, feeling your body and allowing the heat and scent to support you from the inside out.
