At home Support and Release

This area brings together two supportive ways to help you move and feel better in your body: structured Support Series Programmes and guided Myofascial Release videos.

The Support Series Programmes are designed to give you clear, focused progress over a set period of time. Each programme targets a specific goal such as improving flexibility, building strength or increasing mobility. You’ll be guided step by step through sessions that are easy to follow and designed to help you see real, noticeable change with consistency.

Alongside these, the Myofascial Release videos are designed to help you reduce muscle tension, improve circulation and support pain relief using simple tennis ball techniques you can do at home.

Self myofascial release works by applying sustained pressure to tight or restricted areas within the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles. When fascia becomes tight due to stress, posture, exercise or injury, it can contribute to stiffness, reduced mobility and ongoing aches and pains.

Using nothing more than two tennis balls and your body weight, these sessions guide you through safe, effective self-massage techniques to:

  • Release tight neck and shoulder tension

  • Reduce lower back discomfort

  • Improve blood flow and recovery

  • Support injury prevention

  • Increase mobility and ease of movement

Whether you choose a structured programme or a more restorative session, everything here is designed to be clear, accessible and easy to fit into your routine at home.

Simple tools. Targeted support. A body that moves and feels better.
