The challenge is to increase your time that you can hold a low plank position. I know some of you will be able to completely nail a 1 minute plank already so why not try a 2 minute plank, a 3 minute plank... or even more! Get your stop watch out (there is one on your phone) and a wee note pad to record your plank time each day. Do this as often as you can, daily if possible and see how you get on. You could compete with others by showing off your best time.
