Sometimes we put off doing exercise because it feel like it takes too long out of our day. But little and often goes a long way. This month I have given you some mini targeted sessions to do each day so it is realistic to fit into your busy schedule. These mini videos will make it easy to add this into your routine. You could do these videos for a little session when you wake up in the morning or maybe after a long day at work.  Get signed up to the Core Membership to get involved.
