This day (Day 1) of I Am Habitually Healthy helps you understand your body’s threat response and recognise where stress may be showing up in your day-to-day life. You’ll explore the hidden friction points that leave you feeling drained, overwhelmed or stuck in reactive habits. This is a guided habit coaching session designed to help you understand stress, recognise your threat response and identify small daily changes that can reduce overwhelm, calm your nervous system and create more ease in your life.
