Over 3 days of your choice you will have lovely Pilates classes to work and release the body.  You can choose your days but my recommendation would be to choose a weekend to suit you and do the following: Friday evening wind down Pilates. Hot style Saturday class. Hot Style Sunday session with an extra half an hour of full body Myofascial release. Come and join in! Become a Core Member to access the challenge
