Although exercise should not come under self-care.. it should be a normal part of our week, but I have put these videos together for you to add to your normal routine, these added extras will help nourish your body and give you energy.  There are a selection of videos that stretch your back, release your hips, improve hamstring flexibility, and give full body self self-massage; choosing one to do all month or work your way through them all.
