My Health Notes is a space where I share reflections, insights and things I’ve learned along the way about health, mindset and everyday habits. Some posts will explore research or ideas that have caught my attention, others will be simple observations about the ways we care for ourselves, physically and mentally, while navigating work, family and the realities of modern life.
