Service Description

If you’re someone who knows what you should be doing for your health but struggles to stay consistent, 1:1 habit coaching gives you the structure and support to finally make it stick. These sessions are designed to help you move away from all-or-nothing thinking and build realistic habits that work within your life, not against it. Together, we look at where you are now, what feels overwhelming and what small, meaningful changes would genuinely make a difference to your energy, stress levels and overall wellbeing. We work together using my habit-changing framework to gently simplify your approach to health. Rather than trying to do everything, we focus on small, realistic changes that fit your lifestyle and build confidence over time. This is not about discipline or overhauling your routine. It’s about learning how to work with yourself, so healthy habits feel supportive, not demanding.


Cancellation Policy

One free 20 minute consultation per person. This session is fully online, ideally via a video conference (via Zoom) rather than a phone call. No coaching will take place in this consultation, this is for information purposes to find out a bit more about each other. Cancellations- 12 hour notice is required for cancellation. Missed sessions without the appropriate notice may result in you missing out on your free consultation.
